Since March 2020, the Competence Center for Aerospace und Defense Technology at EDAG Engineering GmbH has been operating under the name EDAG aeromotive.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div> Since March 2020, the Competence Center for Aerospace und Defense Technology at EDAG Engineering GmbH has been operating under the name EDAG aeromotive.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div> Originally a department for aerospace technology under the umbrella of the former BFFT Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Fahrzeugtechnik mbH, the aim was always to take innovative vehicle technologies and transfer them to the aerospace industry.<\/p>\n Despite the high quality standards in aerospace engineering, the department recorded steady growth until, in 2013, an independent company was founded \u2013 BFFT aeromotive GmbH.<\/p>\n<\/div> Originally a department for aerospace technology under the umbrella of the former BFFT Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Fahrzeugtechnik mbH, the aim was always to take innovative vehicle technologies and transfer them to the aerospace industry.<\/p>\n Despite the high quality standards in aerospace engineering, the department recorded steady growth until, in 2013, an independent company was founded \u2013 BFFT aeromotive GmbH.<\/p>\n<\/div> In 2013, the company’s founding year, our customer and partner Airbus Defence & Space named us their StratX 2020 Supplier. This confidence was the basis for positive corporate development and for the framework agreement with Airbus Defence & Space for the supply of temporary staff. Since then, applicants from EDAG aeromotive have had the opportunity not only to apply for in-house projects, but also to work on-site for one of the largest aerospace groups in the world.<\/p>\n<\/div> The resulting service strength is highly appreciated by both our customers and our employees. On the strength of our high quality standards, we took up the challenge of the stringent DIN ISO 9001 audit in 2015, passing the recertification audit as a result of our outstanding performance.<\/p>\n By obtaining the “unlimited permit for temporary employment” from the Federal Employment Agency in 2016, we laid another important foundation stone for a successful future in aviation and defense technology. This is the result of the high expectations we place on ourselves, of unclouded motivation and unique team spirit.<\/p>\n<\/div> The resulting service strength is highly appreciated by both our customers and our employees.
