Together with our partner Airbus and the company trive.me<\/a>, we conducted a two-day workshop in the modern premises of the Audi driving experience center. The workshop was held as a design sprint for the development of software for the creation of application-specific workflows.<\/p>\n

The goal of a Design Sprint is to minimize the risk of a product\u2019s market launch. The Design Sprint follows a predefined process. The software tool investigated is an Airbus product. On the first day of the workshop, the basis for a successful Design Sprint was laid by creating a common understanding among all stakeholders. The central focus was on understanding potential customers and concretising a uniform vision. On the second day of the workshop, an initial assessment of product maturity was achieved by defining the customer journey and the requirements of the MVP (Minimal Value Product). In addition, concrete development steps could be derived for the product. The aim of further cooperation with Airbus is to make the software accessible to other industries as well. The workshop was moderated by trive.me, the innovation partner.<\/p>\n
