New York, London, Paris:\u00a0<\/strong>places our employees visited in just 80 minutes during our summer festival. How is this possible? Virtual reality! For this year\u2019s summer party, BFFT aeromotive invited the employees to the Birkenheide beer garden for a novel team event.<\/p>\n

In the hot temperatures, the summer party for the employees started with a cool welcome drink in the great ambience of the beer garden before the exciting virtual reality experience started. The pleasant temperature of the Birkenheide premises helped our employees to keep a cool head during the tricky virtual reality challenge. For 80 minutes the teams had to compete in different virtual reality puzzles and other thinking tasks. The technology took the employees to places thousands of miles away in no time at all. An incredible feeling! In the end, the winners as well as all other participants could look forward to great prizes. \u201cIn the virtual reality experience, it was not the competition but the fun for our employees that was in the focus,\u201d explained Managing Director Ralf Rudolf. After the virtual reality experience, the entire team rounded off the evening with a rich Bavarian buffet in the Birkenheide beer garden. \u201cAn all-round successful summer party, which once again showed that the values of community, fun and appreciation are really lived at BFFT aeromotive\u201d, a satisfied managing director Ralf Rudolf summed up.<\/p>\n
