End of active service? What next, once you leave the army? – Reintegration of temporary soldiers

Every year, up to 15,000 temporary soldiers leave the German army at the end of their period of service. The transition to civilian employment is not always easy and often involves considerable difficulties. Thanks to the wide range of services we offer, we create many employment options for professional and temporary soldiers.

EDAG aeromotive CEO, Ralf Rudolf, is also familiar with the problems associated with entering the civilian professional life:
