In recent months, we have welcomed many new colleagues on board at BFFT aeromotive GmbH. Whether in Human Factors Engineering, Testing or User Experience Design, we have achieved significant growth across all business units and at all of our locations.
The large number of new hires is symbolic of the positive development of BFFT aeromotive. “The growth in our workforce shows that the combination of exciting work content and our employee-oriented company philosophy is meeting with approval in the personnel market,” says a satisfied BFFT aeromotive managing director Ralf Rudolf, adding that the company’s success is also reflected in the number of new employees and adds: “I am very pleased with the development of the number of employees, but we do not have to grow at any price. At BFFT aeromotive, we are committed to sustainable, healthy growth!“
The networking of our employees with each other and the continuous development of the team spirit are of great importance to us. This project is particularly important in view of the increase in the number of employees and the fact that we are active at a total of seven locations. For a positive cooperation we carry out many joint team actions: On our onboarding day at the beginning of employment at BFFT aeromotive, the newly hired employees receive a deep insight into our working world from our HR department. Regular team events (e.g. ERC Ingolstadt, Body Flying Jochen Schweizer Arena) as well as a summer party (e.g. VR Experience) provide great highlights again and again.
